Returns & Delivery Policy
I. Replacement is done only for manufacturing defects claimed within 2 days of the delivery date.

II. An unboxing video without any cuts is needed for any color damage issues.

III. Replacement pickup will be arranged by our end (PS CUSTOMS).

IV. Our team will check the product for any defects as mentioned by the customer.

V. Rectifying the problem:

a. If the claim is genuine, a new and fresh product is dispatched.

b. If not, the same product is returned.

c. If a false claim is made, the delivery charges both ways will be paid by the client.

VI. Note: Pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days after the claim is raised.

VII. After receiving the product, checking and sending a new product will be done within 7 working days.

VIII. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you when the product is ready for dispatch.
